Dear Parents/Carers

We are delighted to let you know that British Airways i360 have sent us a voucher for each student currently on roll. The voucher can be exchanged for a free ticket on the i360 and we are intending to issue each student with their voucher on the last day of term, Friday 16th December 2016.

Each voucher is valid for one flight on British Airways i360 for a child aged 18 years or under. The voucher must be submitted to the British Airways i360 ticket office in lieu of payment and exchanged for an official boarding pass. Vouchers cannot be used to gain entry on to British Airways i360.

How to redeem your voucher

Pupils who wish to use their school voucher for a flight with family or friends should present the voucher at the British Airways ticket office in order to exchange it for one boarding pass. Vouchers are redeemable at the ticket office only and can be redeemed in advance of your preferred booking date or on the day itself, subject to availability. School vouchers cannot be redeemed online.

All accompanying adults and children must purchase their own tickets at the British Airways i360 ticket office. Families and friends living in the postcode areas: BN1, BN2, BN3 and BN41 may be applicable for their Resident Membership Scheme, see www.britishairwaysi360.com/residents for details.

Terms and Conditions

School vouchers must be used during the dates and times specified and before the expiry date 25/07/2017. Once school voucher is valid for one flight boarding pass. School vouchers cannot be resold or used in conjunction with any other offer. School vouchers cannot be redeemed for bookings on special event flights. School vouchers are nonrefundable and non-transferable. School Vouchers have a nominal value of £0.001.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, aged 18 years or over and must remain under the supervision of that adult at all times. Children aged 13 to 17 years are permitted to take a flight on British Airways i360 before 6pm without an adult supervisor, providing the maximum group size does not exceed five children. After 6pm children aged under 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years or over.
