Parent Gateway Update

Capita have advised that their engineers have put a fix in place and that users should now be able to log into the Parent Gateway reliably.

Their advice is to first clear all cookies on your internet browser, and then login with your password as normal.

This should work on all Internet browsers.

If your password does not work, please complete the form on the Patcham Website in School Links/ SIMS Parent Gateway. Please note that we will not be able to respond to password reset requests during half term.
