New COVID test register system

We are introducing a new system of recording Home Covid Lateral Flow tests for school. Instead of opening the link in the school website header, students and parents will receive a reminder email with a link to submit their results.
There is no need to login to the system, or remember a new password – once the link in the email is used, the results can be submitted.
At the end of the submission you will be directed to the government website where you can submit the result there.
To submit a result without the reminder email, visit https://testregister.co.uk/app and enter the student email address to get a link sent via email.

Instructions
A student should login to their Patcham High School email where they will see an email like this:
Clicking on the ‘Activate account’ link will take you to a page that looks like this:
Where ‘Pupil Test’ will show the name of the student. Click the ‘Submit test result’ link and you will be presented with this page:
Here you can set the date, enter the test strip ID (or scan it), enter the result and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
After this page you will be directed to the government website to submit the result there.
An email will be sent to the student email address as a confirmation of the result submitted.
