At Patcham High School, One Team, One Dream is more than a motto, it reflects our united commitment to helping every student reach their highest potential. Staff, students and families work together to create a school community where everyone feels supported, challenged and inspired.
Our ethos is built on three core values: Pride, Respect and Success. These values shape how we learn, how we treat one another, and how we prepare for the future.
We believe education is about more than just exam results; it’s about developing character, confidence and a strong sense of self. At Patcham, every student is encouraged to take pride in their achievements, show respect for themselves and others, and pursue success that is meaningful and lasting

Why Patcham?
Our aim is to develop well-balanced 16 year olds, ready to go out into the wider world, to lead happy and fulfilling lives and to contribute, positively and generously. We place great importance on high quality relationships, teamwork and a ‘can do attitude’.
Clubs
Learning and wider school life at Patcham High doesn’t just take place between 8:30am and 3pm. We offer an extensive extra-curricular club’s programme across many subject areas.
Pastoral Care
At Patcham High School, our pastoral system aims to support the personal, social, and emotional development of every student, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and ready to learn.
