Computer Science
At Patcham High School, our Computer Science curriculum empowers students with essential digital literacy and critical thinking skills, preparing them to become confident and responsible digital citizens.
We emphasize computational thinking and project-based learning, particularly through programming, to nurture collaboration, creativity, and effective communication.
Our broad and engaging curriculum covers key topics including computer architecture, memory, storage, systems software, data representation, networks, cybersecurity, online safety, and the legal, ethical, and environmental aspects of technology. We strive to make Computer Science relevant, challenging, and enjoyable, giving every student the opportunity to explore, develop, and apply their skills to positively impact the digital world.
